Protect Individual Rights

Individual liberties, guaranteed by the Constitution, underpin everything that is good in our country.

Our rights are constantly under attack, especially our rights under the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, and 6th Amendments.  And those who conspire to take away our life and liberty usually attack the weakest among us.  There is no better example of this than their incessant efforts to take life from those who are literally voiceless — the unborn.

 

The Iowa flag says:  “Our Liberties We Prize And Our Rights We Will Maintain.”  That’s why I based my campaign logo on the Iowa flag.

We need people in the legislature who will consider the impact of every proposed law on individual liberty before they vote on it.  I will.
